MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR

SUBJECT:  

	Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the recommendation of the Air Force office of primary responsibility and adopt the rationale expressed as the basis for our decision that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an injustice.  Therefore, we recommend that:

	The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to the APPLICANT be corrected to show he was issued a letter of non-availability by competent authority in conjunction with his permanent change of station (PCS) from Vance Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma to Little Rock AFB, Arkansas under Special Order AF-128994, dated 21 August 2012, and in accordance with the Joint Federal Travel Regulations, Volume 1, Paragraph U5320-D.1, be reimbursed his actual costs in the amount of $4,226.32 for his personally procured move (PPM). 

	Members of the Board considered this application on 29 October 2013.
